This is the third order of one of the houses that are part of the group called “Cases d’en Maurí”, included in the special plan for the protection of the historical-architectural and environmental heritage of this city. Reform where the original elements are enhanced, to the search for maximum light and visual transparency. The reform consists of the complete renovation of the existing finishes and facilities, and, unlike the reform made in another of the houses of the set in 2007, the distribution of the house is not reversed and the original distribution is conserved, enhancing the relationship kitchen-living room and yard on the ground floor, and placing on the first floor the night area with three bedrooms and a bathroom. Highlights the original floor slab beams on the ground floor and the vaulted ceiling on the upper floor. Surface: 124 m2
