The project consisted of the formation of a duplex connecting the attic with the undercover of a building between medians. The space was divided into two zones; the day area (upper floor) and the night area (ground floor). Undercover was enabled by recovering the original structure of concrete beams and discovering the natural fall of the roofs corresponding to the roof of the building. Two terraces closed by large windows were formed, guaranteeing the entry of natural light and a free floor with the kitchen open to the living room and study. The staircase located in the center of the plant marks the boundaries between the different parts. The duplex has a total gross floor area of 185 m².
