The project involved designing a small residential building with 10 units, situated on a main street in the town center. The city hall emphasized the importance of preserving the architectural coherence of the façades. Consequently, the main façade has been designed to respect the scale and detailing characteristic of traditional architecture.
To promote activity in the town center, the ground floor includes small commercial spaces, while access to the residential units is provided at the rear of the building, facing a secondary street.
The building features an efficient layout, with a central ventilated staircase granting access to two units per floor on either side, each oriented towards the adjoining streets. The attic floor accommodates two additional units, each with private terraces.
Construction work on the building is planned to commence in early 2025.
